The Iowa caucuses saw Mr. Trump leading, followed by DeSantis, with Ms. Haley securing a third-place finish. As the field dwindles, Tuesday’s GOP primary race, the first in 2024 with only two candidates, promises an intense showdown. However, polls suggest Ms. Haley faces an uphill battle against the former president.

President Joe Biden did not appear on Dixville Notch’s ballot, while his Democratic rival, Minnesota Representative Dean Phillips, failed to secure any votes. This absence provides a unique angle to the story.
