Carolina Martinoli joined IAG in April 2021 initially as Chief Culture Talent and Sustainability Officer, her responsibilities expanded in June 2021 when she became Chief People, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer.

Carolina was previously Brand and Customer Experience Director at British Airways (2017-2021), Chief Customer Officer at Iberia (2015-2017) and Marketing Director at Iberia (2011-2015). Before joining the Group she held different positions in Yell, Telefónica Group and Imperial Chemical Industries.

She graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Business management.
