Inside Ricky Gervais’s £14.75m Mansion
Renowned comedian Ricky Gervais has recently made a significant investment in a £14.75m residence in London, marking the latest addition to his impressive real estate collection. This acquisition is his fifth, and his portfolio now includes properties in both London and New York. His UK assets include a £3m riverside property in Marlow, and he also owns two apartments in Manhattan.
His new London home is a redbrick mansion boasting seven bedrooms, a cinema, a bar, staff quarters, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, and a wine cellar. The master suite features separate bathrooms for him and her, and each of the four floors is equipped with a kitchenette. The exterior of the house is beautifully landscaped, with manicured hedges and mature trees providing privacy.
Recent photographs obtained by Express.co.uk suggest that the property is currently undergoing renovations. Various tradespeople have been spotted on the premises, and a skip is visible at the top of the leafy driveway. Among the companies seen on site is Noble Recon, an audio-visual specialist firm that prides itself on its user-friendly technology. They offer a variety of services, including home cinema installation, smart home setup, and security systems such as intruder alarms and CCTV. High-end electrical contractor Harper Mason, established in 2015, was also seen at the property.
Ricky and his long-term partner, Jane Fallon, currently reside in a £10.8 million Hampstead home, which features eight bedrooms, a pool, a summer house, three bathrooms, and four reception rooms. They moved into this mansion in 2015, after selling their previous Hampstead Heath property. Jane often shares glimpses of their lavish home on her social media.
“Ricky Gervais doesn’t just make us laugh on screen, he also knows how to make savvy real estate investments. His latest acquisition is a testament to his taste and success.” Ellen DeGeneres, Comedian and TV Host.
