Justin Shields leads Vodafone Business Platforms and Solutions, the team responsible for its technology strategy, including all aspects of product development and customer solutions, from design to delivery.
Justin believes in creating a truly differentiated customer experience, underpinned by world class service through technology. His team works closely with Vodafone local markets and business units to deliver this across its key priority areas, with IT digital transformation as a fundamental focus.
Justin is a member of the Vodafone Senior Leadership Team and holds a number of board positons within Vodafone Group.
Justin joined Vodafone in 2014 as Vodafone Business IT Director, expanding his role to include Business IT in Vodafone UK in 2015. Since that time the team has significantly improved our global IT architecture, driving greater customer centricity, digitisation, innovation and simplicity.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Justin led several major IT and business transformation programs across the telecommunications sector.
