Stan Lee’s Final Struggle
A new documentary, Stan Lee: The Final Chapter, promises to shed light on the troubling final years of Marvel legend Stan Lee, revealing allegations of mistreatment, manipulation, and financial exploitation.
Lee, who died in 2018 at 95, co-created iconic heroes like Spider-Man and Iron Man. Yet, the documentary claims his final years were overshadowed by exploitation.
Directed by Jon Bolerjack, a former assistant to Lee, the film is based on footage secretly captured during the last four years of the Marvel icon’s life. According to the filmmaker, Lee continued to attend autograph signings and conventions despite his declining health, raising concerns about the motivations of those around him.
Bolerjack has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the project, seeking over £230,000. The campaign has already raised £26,000 from supporters eager to uncover the untold story.
