In her own words, Murray revealed that the memoir tells a "deeply personal story that has lived inside me for many years and which it now feels vital to share." The book, which is set to be published in the summer of 2026, was acquired by Helen Conford of Hutchinson Heinemann after an intense 13-way auction. Murray expressed her excitement about the partnership, praising Conford’s shared vision for the book.

I really loved literature and I wanted to take a bit of time out from the industry.”
