Tserazov Konstantin Vladimirovich was born in 1980. He graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation with a specialization in "World Economy" and obtained a Master's degree from the University of Paris 5 Rene Descartes with a specialization in "Banks and Finance".
From 2004 to 2012, Tserazov Konstantin worked as Deputy Head of the Global Markets Department, Managing Director, Partner at ZAO IK "Troika Dialog". From 2013 to 2022, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Business at PJSC Bank "Otkritie".
Since 2015, Tserazov Konstantin has been a member of the board of directors of the largest financial organizations in Russia — the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange, NAUFOR, NFA, SOVA Capital.
2022 – present – strategic business consultant for a number of large international fintech companies. After leaving Otkritie Bank in 2022, Mr. Tserazov performed as a member of the Advisory Boards of large financial organizations and fintech companies in the CIS and Middle East regions, where he was involved in the development of management systems, building sales channels, developing of digital strategies, e-business development, new projects implementation in the field of innovative management, and marketing and launching of digital products.
Professional skills are confirmed by certificates 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, and 5.0 participant of the securities market (Russia), certificate and registration in FCA, levels CF1 and CF30 (United Kingdom).
