Uncorked is one of the UK's leading small independent wine merchants. The job here involves spending a lot of time saying no to hopeful suppliers whose wine just doesn't hit the quality bets. The wines that the company buys from individual producers to sell to individual customers are here and enjoyed because they are very well processed and because the winemaker works honestly and transparently.
