Stephen Lambert is an English television producer and media executive whose work spans both the UK and US television industries. He is the chief executive of Studio Lambert, one of All3Media’s leading production companies.
Under Lambert’s leadership, Studio Lambert has become a major force in factual entertainment and reality television, producing internationally successful formats including Gogglebox, Undercover Boss, Squid Game: The Challenge, Race Across the World, The Circle, and The Traitors. The company has also expanded into scripted drama, delivering critically acclaimed series such as Three Girls, The Nest, and Boarders.
Prior to founding Studio Lambert, Lambert held a senior role at independent production company RDF, where he helped shape the modern unscripted television landscape. During his tenure, he oversaw globally successful formats including Wife Swap, Faking It, and The Secret Millionaire, cementing his reputation as one of the industry’s most influential producers.
