Anthony Lewis Bellew is an English former professional boxer who competed from 2007 to 2018 and has since worked as a boxing analyst and commentator.
Known for his power, resilience, and outspoken personality, Bellew became one of Britain’s most respected fighters. He held the WBC cruiserweight title from 2016 to 2017 and, at regional level, captured the British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight titles between 2010 and 2014, as well as the European cruiserweight title from 2015 to 2016.
Before turning professional, Bellew enjoyed a successful amateur career, winning the ABA heavyweight championship three times. After retiring from boxing, he transitioned into media work, offering sharp analysis and candid commentary on the sport he loves. Beyond the ring, Bellew also gained recognition for his acting, notably portraying antagonist boxer Ricky Conlan in the hit films Creed and Creed III.
