An accountant in West London has been directed by a court to pay more than £60,000 in damages to his neighbors due to an unresolved parking conflict that has persisted since 2015. This news highlights the importance of resolving parking disputes promptly to avoid legal consequences.

As a result, the judge granted an injunction prohibiting the accountant and his wife from encroaching on their neighbours' parking space or in front of their garage.
