Free drinks in the World Football Cup
Greene King, the British brewing company, is offering free drinks to pub-goers who share a surname with any of the 50 members of the England and Wales World Cup teams.
Any prospective customer hoping to take advantage of the limited-time deal will have to show their photo ID at the bar during a live group game featuring three lions or dragons.
England will kick off their campaign on November 21 at 1pm when Gareth Southgate's men face Iran.
Wales will have to wait a little longer to complete their 64th World Cup break as they host the United States just hours after that at 7pm.
The two home nations return to action on November 25 when Wales face Iran and England face the United States.
England and Wales will then meet in the final round of group matches for the fourth all-British match in the last three major international tournaments.
The two teams clashed at the 2016 European Championships in France when Daniel Sturridge's winner secured a 2-1 victory for the Three Lions.
England's last clash with home nations in a major tournament came at Euro 2020 when Scotland drew at Wembley Stadium.
Green King will screen every England and Wales match of the tournament in sports pubs across the country.
Also, Greene King sports head of marketing, said: "Any international football tournament is a major event for fans and since the success of the Lionesses earlier this year, all eyes are on the men's teams this winter."
