Jagger Heiress Sells Manor
Jade Jagger, the jewellery and interior designer and eldest daughter of Mick Jagger and Bianca Jagger, has finalized the sale of her Cotswolds residence, Kempsford Manor, following its recent appearance on the market with a guide price of approximately £3.5 million.
The Grade II-listed Georgian property, located near Fairford, had been prominently featured in a recent Hello! magazine profile, where Jagger offered a detailed look inside the restored estate. The manor underwent an extensive refurbishment in collaboration with designer Tom Bartlett, blending heritage architecture with contemporary interiors.
Property platform Rightmove had indicated the home was “subject to contract,” and the listing — handled by estate agency Knight Frank — has since been removed. A spokesperson for OnTheMarket confirmed the update, stating: “This property is no longer on the market.” The final sale price has not been disclosed.
Set within the Gloucestershire countryside near the River Thames, Kempsford Manor is designed for large-scale living, with 11 bedrooms, multiple reception rooms, and expansive gardens. Additional features include outbuildings, orchard grounds, and greenhouse facilities, reinforcing its appeal as a private estate suitable for extended family use.
Jagger’s design sensibility — shaped in part by her upbringing within one of Britain’s most high-profile cultural families — has long intersected with both fashion and interiors. Her father, Mick Jagger, rose to global prominence with The Rolling Stones, alongside bandmates such as Keith Richards and Charlie Watts. The group’s early ascent famously included a 1964 performance at Oxford University’s Magdalen College Commemoration Ball — booked before their breakthrough but performed after they had already achieved significant fame, requiring a costly transatlantic return to honor the engagement.
The sale of Kempsford Manor marks the latest chapter in Jagger’s ongoing portfolio of design-led projects, underscoring her continued presence in both the creative and lifestyle spheres.
