Ramsay Hits 100
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay has reached a landmark moment in his global culinary empire, unveiling his 100th restaurant at London’s 22 Bishopsgate — the flagship development showcased in his Netflix documentary Being Gordon Ramsay.
The milestone venue, a new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar on the 59th floor of the capital’s tallest office tower, expands Ramsay’s growing presence inside the building, alongside Lucky Cat and the Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High (RGR High). Reservations open February 25, with the official launch scheduled for May 6.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Bread Street Kitchen brand continues to expand Gordon Ramsay’s global restaurant empire, with locations across the UK, China, Singapore and Dubai. The new 22 Bishopsgate opening stands out as one of its most ambitious launches to date, bringing the concept to one of London’s most prominent skyscrapers.
The venue will operate as an all-day dining destination, serving weekday breakfast from 6:30am, plus lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late-night service. From Thursday to Saturday it will stay open until 3am with DJ sets, while Sundays will feature live music. A dedicated 24-hour licensed sports bar will screen international sporting events around the clock.
The menu features 35 dishes, including lobster Benedict and Galician T-bone steak, and introduces a five-course tasting menu — a first for the brand alongside two group set menus. The opening further strengthens Ramsay’s position as a Michelin-starred chef and global hospitality entrepreneur.
Reflecting the scale of the 22 Bishopsgate development in Being Gordon Ramsay, he describes it as “opening multiple restaurants at once, at one site — 22 Bishopsgate.”
With this latest addition, Ramsay — also widely known for television franchises such as Hell’s Kitchen — further strengthens his position as one of the most commercially successful and recognisable figures in global hospitality.
