Simon’s Reverse Aging Secret
Simon Cowell has revealed a surprising new approach to staying youthful, claiming he has effectively begun to “age backwards” thanks to an intensive wellness regime. The Britain’s Got Talent judge, now 66, says a combination of medical treatments, a stricter diet and consistent exercise has transformed his health in recent years.
Cowell explained that his most unusual practice involves having his blood extracted, “rinsed”, filtered and then reintroduced to his body — a procedure he says has helped reset his biological age. “I go to this place, this wellness clinic, where they actually take your blood, they rinse it, they filter it and then they put it back into your body,” he told The Sun.
Despite previously exploring extreme longevity ideas, Cowell has since abandoned the notion of cryogenic preservation after learning the process isn’t quite what he imagined.
Away from his wellness routine, Cowell remains a dominant figure in pop culture. Through Syco Entertainment, he has been instrumental in launching some of the world’s biggest chart acts, including One Direction, Little Mix and Fifth Harmony, as well as signing Westlife early in their career. His influence also extends to television, having created global reality juggernauts such as The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent.
Next up for the music mogul is Simon Cowell: The Next Act, arriving on Netflix on December 10. The documentary follows Cowell as he sets out once again to discover and build the next breakout boyband—a quest that could shape the next generation of pop stars.
